The Consultant is accountable to provide high quality consulting services to IT/NET’s or KPMG’s clients. It is expected that he/she will participate and contribute to the success of of a project by understanding and delivering the product and service offerings tendered, continuously developing their technical/functional skills and knowledge and participating in a wide range of client service activities as required for clients. Consultants contribute to the sales process through timely responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs), quality assurance reviews as requested and reporting sales leads.

IT/Net will consider both independent consultants and staff positions. Please indicate your preference for independent consulting or a staff position in your application.

Your background and previous experience will include:

• A minimum of 10 years Consulting experience as a Consultant/Business Architect/ Business Analysts with proven Information Management (IM) experience which must include a minimum 5 years of experience with GCDocs projects.

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer systems engineering, software engineering, business administration, information management or a related discipline OR completion of a college program in computer science, information management or a related discipline is required.

• Demonstrated ongoing professional development activities related to business analysis, documentation, requirements specification, user training, and other relevant consulting skills are considered assets.

• Project Management skills and experience
o defining a Project Charter, planning, scheduling, risk and issue management etc.).
o PMP and/or Prince II certification are a definite asset

• Bilingualism is an asset.

The services of a Project Manager (PM) are required to:
• Develop initial process and documentation templates for coordination of larger projects with IM&TS for DFO clients and projects;
