The purpose of this RFP is to select a Senior IT Project Manager who will direct and lead the ICEMS 2 redevelopment project (“ICEMS 2.0”) and will be solely responsible for all deliverables identified. There will not be any additional IT or other support staff provided. This individual will also be responsible for directing and leading the subsequent operation and maintenance of ICEMS 2.0 and its enhanced versions i.e. 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 etc.
