System Analyst – Microsoft Office Automation – Level 3

Activities may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Develop technical architectures, frameworks and strategies, for existing and future Microsoft Office deployments, to meet the business and application requirements
• Analyze, evaluate and document alternative solutions to meet business problems
• Install and configure required software.
• Investigation, resolution and escalation of all Incidents
• Assist IMTD resource on the use of advanced features of office automation software
• Install and replace hardware equipment and software
• Install standard PC configurations (modified configurations, disk-crashes, viruses, etc)
• Perform periodic upgrades of new software releases (including possible document conversions)
• Liaise with IMTD support groups when additional support/advise/escalation is required.
• Support all ITIL processes, in particular the Problem, Change, Configuration, and Continual Improvement processes.
