Our Client has a requirement for the services in the areas of project communications, project plan coordination, and training to provide continued development and support to the aforementioned systems migration partnership project initiatives with HC.

The Project Communications Lead (P.1 Change Management Consultant Services, Level 3) may be required to provide services similar to those as follows:

a) Develop and establish a Communication plan, including activities, tasks, and time periods for the overall communications requirements of the project to migrate to SAP.
b) Coordinate and work with project teams to integrate communications activities into the overall project plan.
c) Conduct an accurate assessment of the communication requirements, for example, based on the awareness and understanding of users and stakeholders.
d) Disseminating information to the user community and appropriate project stakeholders in a timely manner.
e) Respond to routine and ad hoc requests for information.
f) Establish mechanisms and monitor the feedback on the communications that were disseminated.
g) Support the change management activities of the project to migrate to SAP.
h) Transfer knowledge to Government of Canada staff.
i) Provide weekly status reports to the Project Authority or designates.
