Lead a team of experienced trainers in the development of quality courseware that support the objective of the project to ensure staff are trained in their new business and system responsibilities. This individual will be in a lead role to manage the development and delivery of all aspects of training and will be responsible for defining the overall training strategy and developing the tactical plans and activities to support the approved strategy. This resource must be fully bilingual (French & English)
