Our Client has a requirement for the services in the areas of project communications, project plan coordination, and training to provide continued development and support to the aforementioned systems migration partnership project initiatives with HC.
The SAP Trainer (B.11 Instructor, IT, Level 2) may be required to provide services similar to those as follows:
a) Train end-users on the new and updated business processes and SAP system functionality.
b) Deliver Train the Trainer courses on the new and updated business processes and SAP system functionality.
c) Support the planning and implementation activities of training and documentation.
d) Support the development and implementation of the training and documentation strategies and plans.
e) Support the training needs assessment and analysis of the various programs and business units in AANDC, both in terms of new processes and procedures to adopt HC’s SAP system.
f) Support the project training and documentation lead to identify and document training and documentation options.
g) Support the planning and implementation activities of change management.
h) Provide weekly status reports to the Project Authority or designates.
i) Transfer knowledge to Government of Canada staff.
j) Provide any other related Training and Documentation and Change Management services necessary in support of the project to migrate to SAP.

The Project Plan Lead (P.7 Project Coordinator, Level 2) may be required to provide services similar to those as follows:
a) Assist the project management office in project coordination and synchronization tasks.
b) Provide administrative and technical support of a clerical nature as required to the project.
c) Assist in performing such tasks as maintaining the project plans, project documentation and application/system libraries.
d) Supporting project status reporting.
e) Participating in meetings and performing minute taking.
f) Act as the first point of contact in a “hot-line” situation by accepting incoming calls, logging calls, attempting to resolve simple problems and following established procedures for more difficult problems.
g) Track project change requests.
h) Maintain and update relevant project information in manual and/or electronic format; project information might include maintaining project activity schedules using MS Project, status reports, and correspondence.
i) Communicate with project management, stakeholders, technical and functional community and end users on administrative matters related to the project.
j) Provide any other related Project Administration services necessary in support of the migration effort.
k) Transfer knowledge to Government of Canada staff.
