The duties of the ERP Functional Analyst, Level 2 (SAP FI – SFT (IFMS SAP Salary Forecasting Tool Solution)) Consultant include but are not limited to:
• Ensure departmental FIRMS (SAP) users are aware of, have input into, and sign off on FI-SFT business process deliverables.
• Review relevant background documents including existing business processes and end-user and policy requirements related to the salary management processes.
• Review relevant background documents including existing business processes and end-user and policy requirements related to the travel management processes.
• Review relevant background documents including existing business processes and end-user and policy requirements related to the Special Purpose Ledgers (SPL), G/L accounts, FIS interfaces.
• Update the detailed plan related to FI and SFT activities over the remaining life cycle the of the company code projects.
• Participate in the testing of the SFT, STSI G/L accounts, SPLs, Accounts Payable solutions.
• Develop, test and convert Vendor Master Data using LSMW.
• Test the AANDC SAP-GCIMS interfaces and coordinate issues between SAP and GCIMS.
• Assist in the analysis, documentation and cutover of the conversion elements pertaining to the new company code.
• Assist in solving production issues related to the FI and SFT, CO and FM modules.
• Participate in integration testing related to new projects to be implemented in the FI, CO and FM modules.
• Participate in the testing of new IFMS Program Office releases.
• Provide specifications to the ABAP team for any changes required to ABAP programs related to the FI and SFT, CO and FM module.
• Gather and analyze user requirements for the development of new FI and SFT, CO and FM module reports.
• Create and update documentation related to system configuration and business processes using the RWD software.
• Review training material
• Assist project team members in the development of LSMW conversion programs.
