To deliver the products and services necessary for Our Client to:
• meet its obligations under the Treasury Board Secretariat-mandated Government of Canada Web Renewal Action Plan; and
• implement a new employee Intranet using SharePoint 2013.

The main components of this requirement include:
• An Internet ROT (redundant, outdated, trivial) removal exercise
• The implementation of a new Internal Digital Workspace (Intranet):
o ROT (redundant, outdated, trivial) removal exercise
o Implementation of selected platform (SharePoint 2013)
o Development and implementation of new information architecture
o Development of necessary strategies and project plans
o Review, re-writing and streamlining of key content
• The implementation of a new Web Governance model, which will outline the roles and responsibilities for all content contributors for both the Departmental Internet and Intranet
• A roadmap which outlines Our CLient’s contribution to the Gc Web Renewal Actions plan
