Experience and qualifications can include;

- Experience with migrating from SharePoint versions 2007, 2010 and 2013.
- Experience with analysis, design, hands-on development and delivery of web-based applications
- Experience in defining needs and map requirements onto the SharePoint feature set
- Knowledge of project life cycles
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated strong analytical skills;
- Knowledge and experience with relevant Treasury Board Secretariat IM Policy instruments as well as departmental and related domains including privacy and security
- Ability to perform business analysis of functional requirements to identify information, procedures and decision flows
- Ability to work closely with other stakeholders to successfully deliver solutions to clients and support business practices
- Multiple government project references considered an asset, Government of Canada project experience is preferred
- Relevant professional certifications an asset
