High-level business analysis and application architecture support is required to work with the HR business in understanding the SAP HR recruitment system and translating HR business needs into requirements that the developers understand. The initiative requires the services of a senior system analyst consultant to perform, prepare, refine and review project documents, conduct and coordinate activities with the project staff as well as the various stakeholders engaged in the initiative as necessary. The SA will also be responsible for the quality of his/her own deliverables and, as directed, for the quality assurance of deliverables provided by others. More specifically, the SA – Level 3 will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
a. Interact with the ITSB staff to provide background information, technical documentation, information on specific projects and/or IT Services, etc.;
b. Lead and / or assist in managing the review of deliverables in accordance to the National Project Management System (NPMS) Policy and directives, and the acceptance of deliverables;

As the SSA, the consultant shall be responsible for conducting a fit-to-standard analysis and for advising on all areas and performing tasks related to the project business transformation activities, deliverables and the operations of the project.
