The objective of the training sessions is to provide managers, supervisors and staff with an understanding of project management principles and tools, and best practices regarding their application in the context of their individual responsibilites.

Appropriate materials will need to be developed in French and English and separate training sessions will need to be held for managers and working-level staff. In English there will be 2 sessions for Manager and 6 sessions for Employees; in French there will be 1 session for the Managers and 1 session for Employees.
