The duties of the ERP Functional Analyst, Level 2 (SAP FI – A/R Consultant) include but are not limited to:
• Ensure departmental FIRMS (SAP) users are aware of, have input into, and sign off on FI – A/R business process deliverables.
• Review relevant background documents including existing business processes and end-user and policy requirements related to the Accounts receivable processes.
• Review relevant background documents including existing business processes and end-user and policy requirements related to FI related functionality.
• Update FI – A/R related Blueprint documents relevant to the creation of a new company code.
• Assist in defining and streamlining the preparation and revision of the Blueprint for the creation of the new company code.
• Assist in the review and the consolidation of the updated company code Blueprint.
• Update detailed plan related to FI – A/R activities over the life cycle the of the company codes project.
• Participate in the assessment, configuration and testing of the FI – A/R module and other FI functionality where needed.
• Assist in the analysis, documentation and cutover of the conversion elements pertaining to the new company codes.
• Develop, test and convert Customer Master Data and A/R open items using LSMW.
• Test the AANDC SAP-GCIMS interfaces.
• Assist in solving production issues related to the FI – A/R and SD functionality where needed.
• Participate in unit and integration testing related to new projects to be implemented in the FI, CO and FM modules.
• Participate in the testing of new IFMS Program Office releases.
• Provide specifications to the ABAP team for any new programs or changes to existing programs required in relation to the creation of the new company code.
• Gather and analyze user requirements for the development of new FI module reports.
• Create and update documentation related to system configuration and business processes using the RWD software.
• Review training material
• Coordinate the various testing cycle activities with the other team members
