Business Process Consulting services to assist and support the Corporate Financial Monitoring and Reporting unit (CFMR) and Internal Control unit within the Financial Operations Sector of Our Client.

As specified in any resulting Task Authorizations the Business Process Consultant – Level 2 must perform the following tasks:
Analysis of Capital Asset projects
oLead several internal teams modifying existing processes; and
oLead a substantive review of balances in assets under construction.

Development of the Capital Asset Lifecycle Accounting Guide and Training
oComplete the development of a capital asset lifecycle accounting guide, related tools and training programs;
oCoordinate the impact of process changes on other teams currently implementing new systems;
oReport to an advisory board monthly, incorporate advice and obtain approvals;
oConsider the impact of or on all reporting dimensions as specified in any resulting Task Authorizations;
oCoordinate changes to Real Property guides , Policy guides and procedures manuals; and
oCoordinate impact of or on NOVUS, AFD and WINFIS as specified in any resulting Task Authorizations.
