Justice Canada is seeking experts to work under the direction of Justice Canada staff on three projects. All three projects will involve desk research, as well as field visits to conduct interviews, observe the workflow in the implicated organizations, and/or present draft reports and options to Jamaican partners. Considering the impacts on gender, youth, and the environment, and taking into account the political and social realities of Jamaica, the consultant(s) must complete the following activities:

Resource 2 – Senior Business Process Consultant, Government Department: develop a draft report on the operations and organization of the LRD, outlining the current status of the organization and making recommendations for how it could be improved to better fulfill its role; finalize the report, based on feedback from Justice Canada and Jamaican stakeholders; and develop a sequenced action plan for the LRD to implement the recommendations accepted by the Ministry of Justice.
