Seeking multiple resources in a SAP Help Desk/Trainer Support capacity to provide on-going system support and document and develop training and to deliver formal training courses to provide on-going support in the SAP based re-engineered business processes enabled by the SAP IFMS system, in particular the Cost Recovery and Procure-to-Pay processes. The objective of the contract is to secure experienced consultants who can provide both Training and Help Desk support services. From an on-going system support standpoint (Help Desk), the resources will provide system support to end-users by responding to help desk requests in regards to the Cost Recovery and Procure-to-Pay processes. From a training standpoint, the resource are required to perform the a) development and implementation of training strategies to support change management initiatives in order to successfully execute the project objectives, b) development and documentation of related training materials and c) delivery of formal training courses in the impacted process areas.

One (1) Full-Time Helpdesk/Training Consultant and One (1) Part-Time Helpdesk/Training Consultant are required to fulfill the requirements.
