The duties of the ERP Functional Analyst Level 2 (SAP FM – CO Consultant) include but are not limited to:
• Ensure departmental FIRMS (SAP) users are aware of, have input into, and sign off on FM business process deliverables.
• Review relevant background documents including existing business processes and end-user and policy requirements related to the planning and budgeting processes.
• Update detailed plan related to FM and CO activities over the life cycle of the company code project.
• Participate in the ongoing assessment, configuration and testing of the FM and CO solutions.
• Assist in the analysis, documentation and cutover of the conversion elements pertaining to the new company codes.
• Continue testing the AANDC SAP-GCIMS interfaces.
• Assist in solving production issues related to the FM and CO modules.
• Participate in integration testing related to new projects to be implemented in the FM and CO modules.
• Participate in the testing of new IFMS Program Office releases.
• Provide specifications to the ABAP team for any changes required to ABAP programs related to the FM and CO modules.
• Gather and analyze user requirements for the development of new FM and CO module reports.
• Create and update documentation related to system configuration and business processes using the RWD software.
• Review training material
